i make this morning walk
dancing by the stream
listening to it gush
listen to it trickle
watching the frogs splash
into the water
watch droplets sprinkle
Suns rays bouncing
fluttering on the streams face
thinking, reflecting, understanding
the very nature
that surrounds me
poems, short stories and random thought that spring to life in the mind of....... well thats basically it. poems and articles about me.

lost
I lost my soul
gave my heart
and had it broke
gave my love
and had it lost
betrayal is what I got
I lost my faith
after I prayed
yet still I failed
I had tried,
yet I strayed
from the path
that had been made
I have felt pain
so your hand I cannot take
not now,
at least not yet
and if you love
I am sorry, you are late
I am lost to fate
I am closed to hope
my love is lost
gave my heart
and had it broke
gave my love
and had it lost
betrayal is what I got
I lost my faith
after I prayed
yet still I failed
I had tried,
yet I strayed
from the path
that had been made
I have felt pain
so your hand I cannot take
not now,
at least not yet
and if you love
I am sorry, you are late
I am lost to fate
I am closed to hope
my love is lost

youth
it is strange getting old,
fading from gold
to base metals
fading like flower petals
losing value
till you feel
worthless
a little like dust
it is strange getting old
strength fades away
vigor dissipates
and strange reminders
of a life long gone
are all that is left
bones creek, muscles ache
and thought is you only friend
it is strange getting old
as the smoke of youth
billows away
the wisdom of time
hangs dense
shading light in dull times
it is strange getting old.
fading from gold
to base metals
fading like flower petals
losing value
till you feel
worthless
a little like dust
it is strange getting old
strength fades away
vigor dissipates
and strange reminders
of a life long gone
are all that is left
bones creek, muscles ache
and thought is you only friend
it is strange getting old
as the smoke of youth
billows away
the wisdom of time
hangs dense
shading light in dull times
it is strange getting old.
