i am awake, she still sleeps,
i watch her breath,
smile in her sleep
i enjoy her serenity
her deep peace

do i make her breakfast
and disrupt this queen
do i slink away
or watch this sweet being

i awe at her
and why she chose me
i trace her face
in a soft caress
my heart starts to pace
at
